Yip. Award winning design when built in the 70s, commissioned by Bernat Klein as a studio for textile design . Fell into disrepair in the early 2000s ( along with most of the Borders textile industry ).
Planning permission granted to change use to dwelling but attempts at renovation so far are ill fated.
