I thought it may be due to that reg, but there’s a Shropshire reg on the car next to it. Mine and the mrs’ cars have reading and Shropshire reg’s and we’re in Essex 
Could be a red herring
There is a couple more clues that made me think of Reading. That plane looks as though it’s just taken off from an airport and Reading is on the flight path for Heathrow and about the right distance for the height of the plane. St Johns also have two or three places there. So putting it all together I’m probably miles out 
You’re in the right ball park. That plane hasn’t just taken off, it is coming in to land (not that it makes a great deal of difference).
