Norway is correct. They have the weirdest loo on the left of the block. All of them you have to paddle to get to but the one on the left looks like you have to attempt childbirth to use it. Not my scene at all

Yes, I remember that type, but TBH I’m struggling to think of exactly where I saw one.
My foggy memory is telling me it was somewhere around Savona, probably in the Port or the area nearby cos it would be around the time we were delivering concrete pipes for onward shipment to Libya, so 1985/6 ish?

they have them in the changing area/locker room at Palermo shipyard .I spent what seemed like ages (it was turtle time )wandering round looking for a loo before I realised that’s what they were
