I’ve just booked my class 2 theory, hazard perception and cpc tests for 2 weeks time but do I have to pass those before I can start my lessons? I know I have to pass them before taking the test but can I start my lessons a week before my tests for example?
Also do I have to pass my driving test before I do my practical demonstration? Or can I book that while I’m doing my lessons?
I think you will have to pass the theory and hazard test before you start your lessons at least the training company I have gone with stipulate that. however you can still do your lessons/test if you fail the cpc case study just cant do the practical cpc test.
You cannot take the practical test until you pass the theory modules 1a + 1b but you can legally do the training although many schools will advise you not to because if the test is booked and you do not pass the theory then you have wasted the money you paid for test fee

OK thanks, I guess I’ll just wait until I pass my theory stuff then.

that makes a little more sense after I responded to the original post I thought what about all the trial drives that people do before booking their theory etc
