We’ve had the smallest, what about those real stinkers .
Mine was a muck spreader that had been used on sewage sludge, the day I moved it was a blazing hot summer Fri afternoon NB on the M6. Everytime I stopped in the que the smell caught up and overtook me
I could smell it for weeks after
Has to be when you’ve parked up for the night, got into your sleeping bag,and cracked one off.Panic,as the odour finds it’s way to your nostrils.
Ken.
A pallet of eggs that “escaped” off the back of a chill rigid from a pallett truck in the middle of Scunthorpe . Apparently it was a sod to clear up and ponged for days afterwards
.
this could take some time …
on the other hand I could leave it to your imagination
let’s just say - livestock, farms & abattoirs
and every day
I thought I had the smelliest when I was shunting chickenpoo for a power station at Scunthorpe, then,
Fish remains from the various plants around Hull and taking them to Grimsby, Yeeeech.

Same here but that fish thing sounds worse, yuk!!!
Near one of the quarries we work out of is an incinerator for animal waste. If you get behind one of their lorries, especially in the summer, they stink to high heavan.
Some of the drivers there say that in the summer if you stop in a traffic jam, the stuff heats up and can even come over the sides of the trailer.
Horse mollasses, a real sweet, sickly smell, that seems to linger after you delivered it
Bin wagon, collecting waste from branches of KFC. Yuck.
Has to be animal skins from Italy.
if any of you unlucky people have had the same misfortune you will know exactly what im talking about.
Passed my test on a Tuesday, HIAB training Wednesday, Sewage tanker Thursday. Lets just say I was not warned to take spare clothes with me.
Then on the Sunday I drove for an abattoir.
On PSV it would have to be the 3am bus where one drunk threw up as I left the city centre causing bus to smell so bad that 5 others also threw up before terminus.
turkey feathers.
You see they use one tipper trailer and it takes a while for it to fill up so the feathers and skin go very rancid, its unbelievable in the summer you can hardly breath (and you soon regret it when you do
)

I agree too…used to take those skins from Bradford to Italy in a tilt…the smell was everlasting …even after a steam wash…i think the smells still in my nostrils…hold on a minute…the ol womans just walked in…
have a nice day
I seem to remember Hull Fish Meal on St andrews quay was very bad at times, but probably have to agree on animal skins.
I was parked at Irun / Hendaye for 3 days surrounded by them Yuk
Nothing like animal bits, but I once had a 17 tonner with a pallet of garlic powder and an IBC of vinegar, both leaking
Every time I opened the curtains for a delivery they were overcome with the fumes. I said it was alright for them - I had to live with it. It was like driving a mobile vindaloo
Had to hose the thing out as soon as I got back, and even then it stank for days
