is it another phrase for an HGV :question: :question: :confused:

HCV = Hepatitus C Virus, although I doubt that’s what they meant, it could be a misspelling or it could mean Heavy Commercial Vehicles, as you know councils are a law unto themselves

There’s a sign the same on the A14 near cambridge, I asked about it on here a while ago.

I think it means heavy commercial vehicles but wouldn’t swear to it, why they don’t just stick with the norm I don’t know.
