I assume OT stands for overtime so a working day ?
If that’s the case you’ve got seven consecutive days work which depending on the times is likely to be more than six 24 hour periods (144 hours) between weekly rest periods.
So whether it’s legal or not depends on the times you’re at work on the first and last days of those seven days.

Yes that should do it if your working a regular shift pattern, if you’re start and finish times are varying a lot you will need to watch that the six shifts don’t go over the 144 hours but apart from that I can’t see any problems.
Presumably week 1 is all rest ?
If you’re trying to get more days in you could work one of the holidays on Wednesday or Thursday of week 5, but not the Tuesday or Friday, given the hours your working I’m guessing the compensation for week 3 wouldn’t be a problem even if you worked on the Wednesday or Thursday.

The holiday days may count as working time for the RT(WT)R but still count as rest for the drivers regulations.
If you’re only doing 7½ hours a day the RT(WT)R working time limit isn’t likely to be a problem for you anyway, blimey even if you work six shifts a week it’s only 45 hours working time.

Given that there’s already one member of this board worried because his company may have found out what he’s posting about his company I wouldn’t think that’s a good plan.
