Well I went to the doctor's today

And its good news!!! I sent off for my licence back in early November and rang the DVLA a few weeks ago to see how it was going, they told me my application had been accepted and I would be OK to start driving a year from my last seizure (December the 16th 2009), I received a cover note through the post in case I get stopped and it said I should go and get the OK from the doctor just to make sure.

I went to the doctor’s this morning and she said it was fine for me to start driving again!! So as of this Friday I am back on the road, my licence has been restricted to 3.5 tonne (which I expected) and I’m OK for 12 points as oppose to 6 if I had just passed my test, she even wrote me a nice little note saying she had cleared me to drive

To say I am happy is an understatement, going to try and get a job driving vans or something like that.

That’s great news Potter.

Good luck to you mate!!

HDN acquired DHL’s domestic parcel division in January making it the second largest parcel delivery service in the UK with 17% of the market behind the Royal Mail on 30%.

Jonathan Smith, Yodel CEO, says the rebrand is aimed at positioning the company as a “truly customer focused business offering a full suite of services”.

He adds: “The combined business is already growing faster than the market and we are excited about our future potential.”

Yodel claims that it is picked up over 100 new clients in the past two months. It aims to be the market leader in every industry sector.
