Well Done Rishi!

Life is too short for whacko videos on the internet, you can believe what you want to but don’t expect discerning adults to buy into this garbage

I would never feel the need to, but I could get a gun within 2 hours in the city if I saw and paid the right bloke…

Liverpool is allegedlly the gun capital of the UK., Manchester is reputed to be similar.

More drugs?
You must live in some middle class sheltered leafy suburb if there is not an unlimited supply of drugs in your area.

As far as I know, and according to people I know there,.the availability coke etc in Amsterdam, is like everywhere else in Europe.

sorry didn’t mean to imply you had first hand knowledge. i just picked you because i knew you had driven for a dutch company.

No apologies needed mate.
I do know a couple of Dutch lads who are drivers, and my Mrs originates from Diemen about 5 k from Amsterdam.
As you will know cannabis aint made a big fuss about over there, its no big deal whether you use it or not.

Incidentally it is on Sky News that in Germany it is being made legal to grow, carry and supply cannabis.
Never touch the stuff myself, but I think it should be legalised here.
As I said prople will and do use it, illegal or not.

Never known anyone nicked for smoking in cab. Last year I was chatting to 2 coppers in held traffic while happily puffing away. No ■■■■■ given.

Can a tramper have a smoke in the cab once they’re finished for the day?

Garbage - isn’t defined on what one believes, but rather on what then happens.

If a fellow Leftie cures Cancer, then that Doctor will get every support, extra backup after their spectacular failures, and nothing stops them with the legal system behind them.
If a hated Right Winger cures cancer, then stepping on the cracks in the pavement - leads to critique at ever turn, no truth will ever be believed, and society forms divisions that can never again be brought together.
All that is then needed is a “Black Swan Event”, or “Natural Disaster” or “Man-Made Catastrophe” to smash all those down who literally could not believe something from the other side of politics to save their lives…

The trouble with the truth though, is the “Rewarding Belief” is very often “Survival” especially at times like this…
Those who don’t survive - don’t get chance to regret it, and change their minds…
All humanity can hope for is that those who got it wrong (future not history) - didn’t take too many other “middle-of-the-road” people with them.

Do you smoke your ■■■■ in a spliff Winseer, or through a vape?
Either way, after reading all that, it looks to me like it is bloody good stuff. :sunglasses:
 :joy:

Anyhoo to get back from Planet Winseer for a minute…
Way I see it is if anybody smokes in ‘‘my’’ truck when I am off, being a non smoker I go absolutely ape ■■■■.
But I am a non smoker not an anti smoker,.and if a driver is the sole user of a truck,.or if he shares with another smoker, he/they should be allowed to smoke in it…as I believe they are.

i have worked in companies that turn a blind eye provided you don’t take the mickey ie dont leave half a tonne of bakki strewn all over the dash and floor etc. I have also worked for a company that turned a blind eye to vapes but not cigarettes.

as we have said before i wouldn’t like having to get in a cab with beer cans and food all over the floor so i dont smoke in the cab as i cab hop.

The law talks about the place, not what anyone there is doing. So, it doesn’t matter whether you are on/off duty if you are in a smoke free workplace, no smoking.

This is what happens when you bogart the spliff, you need to learn to…

I have no idea what you’re talking about.

Welcome to the world as seen by people reading your posts

I was suggesting that your previous, and indecipherable by ordinary members, post, might have been the result of you being part of a “smoking circle” where you failed to ensure the hand-rolled creation (in some circles known as “a dutchie”) enjoyed a 360 degree journey, as would be expected in such social interactions

Yeh don’t be tight with it… pass it round.

I got a two-year serious @ RM once, because there was ash blown all over the cab from an open ash tray that I’d last used, never mind the fact that it wasn’t my ash…

I got into trouble because I hadn’t valeted the vehicle after the previous senior driver had left the ashtray full…
Gotta knuckle under to Union business - or I’d become unpopular, y’see…

As such, I’m an Anti Smoker, as I’ve long-since given up - but don’t expect to be in trouble for other people’s sins any longer…

I even argued that the no smoking sticker was “wrong” because it isn’t actually against the law of the land to smoke in a cab because the sticker says it is. It is merely Company Rules Pretending to be the law of the land, which I would have thought was illegal to declare as such…

…Hence why there is no record of a prosecution case being bought against any driver smoking in their cab ever… .Right?

Wrong!

A mate of mine was prosecuted for smoking in the cab. Not by the police but by Doncaster council.

@Winseer.
That is your own stupid fault for playing their games by…
A. taking them serious.
B.Presumably knuckling down.
If you are innocent you are innocent, that trumps everything…especially when you can prove it…ie non smoker, full ashtray.

You should have turned the tables on them, put in an official grievance for sending you out in a truck that reeks of smoke…ie hit them with the HEALTH & safety stick.

I personally would not have taken it out of the yard in first place.

What is a ‘2 year serious’ btw?
