weekly rest

hi i have been working agency for the past 4 months, and has agency work is very had hock so to speak i think i have fouled up my weekly rest a typical week goes ,mon ,tue wen rest ,thurs fri sat ,then again mon tues wens and thurs rest , sat , starts mostly mon again, i was told i could have a 2 day split 24 hrs that add up to 48 one every 2 weeks and one week with 24 hrs rest the following? thats wrong isnt it? it should be one 25 every 2 week and a 45 in block every other week?

In any two consecutive weeks you must have either 2 regular rest periods or one regular and one reduced. A regular rest period is at least 45 hours and a reduced rest period is at least 24 hours.

You cannot have two 24-hour periods and add them together to make a regular rest period, there is no provision in the regulations for splitting weekly rest.

Any time you do reduce below 45 hours you must add the amount you reduced by to another rest period of at least 9 hour before the end of the third week following the reduction. So, if you reduce in week 1 you must have compensated for the reduction before the end of week 4.

You may not have messed up but without start and finish times it is impossible to say and I’m not completely sure from your post which days are rest days and which are work.
