Does anyone know what compensation I will need to pay back: I worked 6 days until 1430 Sat, I’m starting Mon at 7 so the weekly rest was 40hrs 30min. Do I owe 4hrs 30min before the end of the third week attached to a period of 9hrs. Any advice would be appreciated ta.

Yes, you owe the man 4½ hours 
The 4½ hours compensation can be added onto any rest period of at-least 9 hours, and should be paid back by the end of the third week following the week in which you had the reduced weekly rest period.
If you pay back the 4½ hours by midnight on Sunday 7th July you’ll be on the safe side
