Those 4 days off gives a regular weekly rest for the week before and the week after easter
Doesn’t bother me I’ve not had a reduced weekly rest for 6 yrs.
Won’t make a jot of difference for me. I have a life outside of truck driving so I don’t do reduced weekly rest or even daily rest if I can avoid it.

got divorced last year so its head down arse up to get back to normal 
We don’t normally do reduced rests unless you are running to Norwich or Cardiff.

I don’t think it does. A weekley rest can only attach in one week or the other. You can’t split the rest period.

A period of 90+ hours off that includes sunday midnight can be used as 45 for one week and 45 for another week

It’s true a weekly rest that straddles midnight Sunday can be counted in either week but not both, however that’s not what is being said here.
If the rest period is long enough to be two weekly rest periods then DVSA view it as back-to-back rest periods and one can be assigned to each week, it would have to be at least 69 hours for this to apply of course.
It’s not something that affects or is useful to many people in the course of their week and not something that people really bother about but ROG loves it and will have people going back through their work history for weeks to see if he can shoehorn it in somewhere.
