Weekly rest - 2 reduced weekly rest in one week

On page 23 in here: https://online.businesslink.gov.uk/Transport_Theme_files/Goods_vehicles_tachograph_hours_0511.pdf is an example (first on top) where yo can take 2 weekly rest periods in one week I think I understand why as they explained it but I am not sure if you have to give compensation for both of them or for one only, and if for both, should they be both not later than in 3rd wk after week in question ?

Thanks in advance.

The regulations only require one rest period a week and once you have taken one you have satisfied that requirement. Therefore if you have more than one rest in a week you don’t need to compensate for the extra one(s).

If you have two, or more, reduced rests in a week only compensate for one of them, doesn’t matter which.

If you have a reduced and a full in a week no compensation is necessary.
