Hi all hope you can help I work as a courier Monday to Friday 14-00 to 19-00 week one
The next week I work Monday to Thursday 14-00 to 19-00 off for rest Till Saturday 17-00 then drive hgv for weekend normally finish Monday 03-00 sometimes 7-00 keeping driver hours and breaks is this ok for driving hours? I keep a record of my working week as a courier in a log book but it’s the same hours each day so get boss to sign off on these hours.
You can’t finish at 0700 on Monday and start work again at 1400, that is only 7 hours rest not the minimum 9.
The latest you can finish is 0500 to start work at 1400 on the same day (as long as you have a reduced daily rest available). Image.
