Right I need to set up a website for an new Welsh Pony Organisation we are setting up. It will principally be for putting up the schedules and providing results and newsletters. It would be ace if we could accept payment for entries by paypal or some thing. Now as a complete computer illiterate I need to know where to start. Who is the cheapest? As a non profit making organisation we cant pay a lot. Actually we have no funds at all at the moment so it will be coming out of my pocket. Hellllppppppppp pleease 
there are loads of free host there not the best but good for this sort of stuff m8 and you can setup a paypal link your self as long as you have your paypal account setup and ready to go

My chepest site is hosted by http://www.1and1.co.uk and they also have simple & straightforward sitebuilders if you need. My package is really cheap; I can’t remember exactly how much but it’s small enough that I don’t notice it going out of the account. (about £8 per year I think!!).
Stay away from ‘1&1’, their servers are not the most reliable. Stay away from free web hosting because its unreliable for several reasons. I would recommend http://easily.co.uk or http://www.simply.com.
I would also recommend a Linux/Apache server rather than a Windows server (just because you’ve got Windows installed on your PC doesn’t mean you have to use a Windows Server!), you only need a Windows server if you’re going to run ASP scripts.
As for PayPal, you’ll need to set up an account first. Once your account has been set up and verified, you can start taking money. To do that, they have an ‘idiotproof’ system for you to ‘copy and paste’ the relevant code into your web pages.
