Hi Maverick
I agree with you , if they can do it so can I , anyway i will get training.
There not going to let me go , without some knowledge, and end up down the plug hole first trip I hope.
I donโt get this, steveo has been trying his best to put everyone off going to canada, slating everyone whoโs done it and every canadian employer, yet heโs now apparently acting as an agent on behalf of this Tli Cho company

Yes Kiowan
Thats the impression i got as well, when i asked him about it , he said all he was trying to do was get people to understand that you can get better deals if you sit down , and talk with the employer, rather then just take whats offered, because at the end of the day its all about money.
Hi fridgeman

New Zealand sounds good, have you got a job sorted ect
no not yet.
Seems plenty available but need work permit/visa and job offer but seems like you can get them once you are over there.
Going over in new year for a touring holiday/recce and if i like it i am selling up and going !! one way !!!
Wages are lot less than here $14 to $20 hour but at end of day its not about money
Cost of living and quality of life

Hi Andy
wot you gonna aim for , (work to residency) , if your going down that road , make sure the wages fit the bill for residency, try and get things in writing, because companyโs are good at telling you wot you want to hear .
Touring holiday is as good idea, get a good feel of the place
Are you fridgeman because you drive a reefer or because you like cold weather?
Canโt beleive summer is over almost . Soon be time to test fire the boiler and drag out all that winter clobber.
Pickford/Allied does alright for moving.North American Van Lines,Global,Mayflower,United van lines are the big moving companies.Probably have agents in UK.

But how come their site says this ? -
www.tlicholandtran.com:
We do NOT accept resumes from applicants who are not Canadian Citizens or legally entitled to work in Canada.
