All hell broke loose this week in Yonkers. I had arrived after picking up a loaded trailer on monday from Worcester MA, making a delivery and then comming here to reload. Got in the tank wash at Dominos to notice brown water daining from the hoses, truns out a water main had fractuered about 3 miles away so the wash was shut down with me in it. I sat in that wash for 12 hours and eventually I was sent to a tank wash in Perth Amboy NJ along with a whole host of other drivers, each driver took about 6 hours to get to other wash locations and back then ran out of hours before reaching their delivery sites. Friendlies Ice cream, Yoplait and a few ithers ran completely out of sugar… Not a good week.
I think it was you Pat that broke the main trying to make a new truck route by building tunnels to beat the traffic
