Afternoon All.
Hope everyone is well!
Question if I may. One of our 18T has a tail lift and the Wander lead is up the spout so we got a new “male” plug for it
Thing is, someone took the wires out of the old one but now we cant remember what wires go!
It is a 7 pin but there are only 4 wires.
It is a Dhollandier and has 2 buttons, up and down.
I can’t fine any diagrams anywhere.
Thanks folks

Can you look at the back of the female socket? And hope (!) the wire colours correspond.
PS. phone camera is good when disassembling stuff.

Have a look in this one and see what colours they use
Google is probably your best bet most wiring diagrams are on the net now
Try opening the female end I think you will see the way they are connected . We had a problem the same , I am sure 2 of the wires go in to one, Hope this helps.all the from Frank.
Thanks for all the replies, hugely appreciated.
Will try each method and see how we do
Thanks again!

You are sorted now, but I recall over 40 years ago I used to build caravan transporters to which we fitted an electric winch at the rear of the cab or headboard, these things came with a remote wander lead and a very flimsy plug and socket, much like the socket your gran uses to charge her mobility scooter, these got broken so easily. We came up with a simple fix which anyone could repair anywhere in the UK.
We wired the winch directly to a household 3 pin socket, we fitted one about half way down the vehicle and one at the rear. The control box had the plug chopped off and we put on a waterproof 13 amp household plug, if you wanted a longer wander lead you used a standard 13amp extension lead. It worked well.
The last time I used a winch though, it was remote control and wireless, so as long as the sensor could see me, the winch went North or South, In or Out with no cable necessary.
