In the next 4 weeks (ish) I’ll be putting a walking floor on the road.
It will be based mainly in South Yorks doing 3 or 4 drops a day to our site (40 mile round trips).

A bit of an update as I’ve been on holiday.
The wagon will be arriving within the next 4 week. Volvo FH 500 Globetrotter and Legras walking floor (both new).
It will be running compost from Rotherham to our sites in Yorkshire.
Mon - Friday tramping but will get to be home through the week quite often.
Wages negotiable.
It’s we’re not a haulage firm really as this will only be our 2nd wagon. Will be pretty easy going work and left to get on with the job.

Any advice on doing walking floors?
Yeah avoid the manual trailors as you need to climb on the back in all weather’s to roll the cover over.
Hydraulic trailors are easy and safer .dead easy to learn either in any case .
