Left my truck in the park, and went for wee wander around.
Taken about 2001. Much has now changed looking on Google Street View, but the main building shown is still there, the lower building however is now a paved and grassed pedestrian area.

It certainly had cafes etc on the ground floor then, but may have been offices upstairs?
It is an hotel to day I believe, but then again, might be sublet on the ground/front?
