So, it is France, but not Paris, and not the Seine.

Absolutely correct.
Bridge crossing the Loire, and photo taken from the chateau. The main road running along the river side is still open to trucks, although many now take the new(ish) bypass. Scania factory is a km or two up the road.
Thought it looked familiar, but couldn’t place it. I visited in 2019.
