Dear Mr
Thank you for your e-mail enquiry dated 10th February 2014, concerning a drivers hours website.Unfortunately, VOSA do not have the authorisation to investigate non-official websites for the accuracy of their content. Both our Traffic Examiners and the Driver CPC courses advise drivers to use the information in the latest version of the GV262(HGV) or PSV375(PSV) drivers hours publication if they have an enquiry.
The GV262 (HGV Drivers Hours and Tachograph guide) can also be found on the Gov.uk website via this link:-

those relating to the Data Protection Act.I hope this information has assisted you with your enquiry, but if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Kind Regards,
