Hi,
I’ve been driving a Volvo with the engine brake stalk positions A,0,1,2,3 and 4. That makes sense, but there is a picture of a trailer in a brake symbol and a button on the end of the stalk. Can anyone enlighten me and to what the button does and why there is a trailer brake symbol?
Thanks, GDL
I dont know the answer to that, not being a Volvo man. Maybe try posting in the Professional Driver forum where there will be a wider scope of experience.
Hope this helps, Pete S
At low speed you can pull the whole stalk forward to the steering wheel to test trailer brakes after coupling up. Button on the end drops a gear or two.
