View active topics - why?

Why does view active topics just list the old time forum?

When viewing as a guest most sites give the most active topics for all non member forums but this one does not - it did a few years ago

Same here using Safari, Firefox, Chrome and IE, reason unknown.

It’s the same whether logged in or viewing as guest, and it makes no difference viewing as a mod or a normal member.

Having said that, and after extensive research, I know know what the problem is.

It’s broken.
