Is anyone sure when the proposed VBS system is going live at Felixstowe?
Will it actually reduce the congestion? Where will you be able to park if you miss the VBS slot?
I can;t help having reservations on this one - call me cynical 
think its around feb 2008 ish, will it help EEEEEERRRRH i dont think so, dont seem to have helped s"hampton or tilbury really, parking will most likely be orwell truckstop lol
It seems that everything that has been implimented so far, like the THA, has made it worse. It seems to me that the problem is not getting the lorries checked in and out fast enough.
I must admit Southampton still looked pretty bad last time I was there
