Hi, this has given me a headache, searched a lot on the net, nead to start claiming VAT back from Europe, how do I do it, how long is the wait, been hearing up to 12 months?

The best advice is to get yourself an agent. If you Google it you’ll find a selection, this isn’t a recommendation but Quipsound Ltd have been going for decades. If you’re only dealing with one country you can do it yourself, but the first time you try it’s guaranteed to be wrong, but you’ll get it. If you’re dealing with multiple countries it’ll blow your mind.
As above, use a agent. Speak to your fuel card provider, they will point you in the right direction.
