Not all threads get the ‘thread locked’ treatment because sometimes that isn’t the appropriate thing to do.
In this case a Moderator decided that it was appropriate to remove it/them.

They were posts that a Moderator believes might have infringed the forum rules for some reason.
The procedure is that it/they will be looked at and a final decision made.
Consulting the forum rules shows that where there is any possibility of any of the range of sanctions being an option, then in fairness to the poster concerned… it can’t be discussed.
There’s not really any more that can be said at this stage.
