Van Uden Logistics?

I’ve been working out behind Derek Linch’s old yard on Romney marsh and seen half a dozen Van Uden outfits parked up. They’re all on Dutch plates and look to me like ex Nedexco kit.

Just curious but is it a phoenix risen from the flames?.

Cheers

Van Uden isnt a phoenix company, it is a big company in its own right, but yes, they did take over the Nedexco job including, i beleive, the units as well.

They are apparently looking for drivers the guy has been in touch with me twice , but I have been warned off a couple of times so turned it down. I got a long text message of him saying I should not believe everything I read on this site two sides to a story

Van Uden come into my yard every day for a pallet swap. not heard any complaints at all from any driver. they have a couple of English lads who seem happy.

Well, they are paying the subbies, with £1.20 per mile,or at least, they are trying!!! Which says everything about about they business approach. Ta,ta
