Vale Cafe Truckstop, A46 South of Evesham. Went past this today and it seems to be closed, concrete blocks blocking off the gravel parking area. Anyone know anything ?
Bad news if true. Not the best place by a long shot, but easy to park up and convenient.

They sold out to Worcester based outfit who wear pink who didn’t live upto their promises it seems.
Is “the Hut” further on towards Ashchurch on the Bishops Cleeve road? Heard that Gilders were going to open one somewhere near there.
The hut is just over the roundabout south of the Vale cafe on the Cheltenham road. Turn right just off the roundabout as though going into the petrol station and the road to the hut is on the left. Run by Gilders.

Is that just off the A46 on the A435 opposite Tedington Hands Inn?
I rang them up before and the Gilders planner who answered didn’t know if the place he worked at was on the A435 or not just said it was on the Cheltenham Rd 
and I wasn’t sure which Cheltenham rd he meant and it doesn’t look like there’s anything that looks like a truck stop on Google Earth unless it’s new and not on the map. I wanted to stop there but didn’t have the driving time to chance it on the vague directions of the planner.

The hut is behind the Fox Sadler on that roundabout. Apparently the pub on the traffic lights at ashchurch has been or is in the process of being pulled down

Its a great place, and quite cheap to park on SNAP, but you need to book via SNAP…
