Passed through Uttoxeter last week & noticed the lorry has been scrubbed out on the town centre parking signs. I could see the old lorry park is still there & was full of cars (it was mid morning) & couldn’t see any barriers. Anyone know the score there please as this was a regular haunt of mine in the past. Guessing it’s just another good spot spoilt.

. Think JCB have got all of it now, as they used to have the yard next door. But if you come off the A50 island where the racecourse pub is head towards uttox, 1st painted doughnut you come across (and i don’t mean the locals) 
turn left and you can park anywhere on the ind est rd. But if you want a really quiet night, take 1st left at the doughnut onto ind est then 1st left again, plenty of room at the bottom to turn round, and not far from tesco’s and still only a short walk to the town…
