when i do agency work i use a check sheet on mine and email it straight off to the agency once its complete and also with time sheet just using a pdf type of editor on it
Seen the RHA app…my question is…do I have to pay for registering to use there daily check sheets?

Seems a bargain, especially with photographic evidence on your ipad for safekeeping !
There is a free Android app called Daily defects.
It is free to download. and very easy to fill in.
If you if you have a defect, it opens up a your camera.
You can then take a picture, which it adds to your report, then email it to your company.
I also email it to myself, but I think its stored on your phone anyway.
There is also a Trucker timer that works brilliant too by the same developer

only works on Android 4.0 (ICS) and above.
No use a defect sheet cos I’ve got a Blackberry and the apps are crap
