UPS Looses Unfair Dismissal case at Employment Tribunal
On the 21st of November I won a case of Unfair Dismissal and a Judgement was awarded against UPS SCS (UK) Ltd at The Employment Tribunal in Leeds.
UPS used the services of two solicitors and a Barrister at a cost to them of approximately £15,000. I represented myself. The case lasted two days at the Tribunal Hearing and took UPS six months to prepare.
UPS got many, many things wrong and I produced no evidence, I just used the 95 pages of evidence UPS produced against them successfully.
To pursue such a case is not for the faint hearted but you can win.
If any one would like a full unedited copy of the Judgement and a full resume of the events that lead up to the dismissal subsequent appeal and final judgement please email dave@trucker-net.com
The dismisal involves a loading bay supervisor at TESCO DAVENTRY (PAT HAMILL)
Firstly, congratulations on winning your case, David beats Goliath,
Secondly, there may be a confidentiality clause in place, jonob, there normally is in these sort of cases, so you canāt reveal the amount. However, I hope
itās a substantial sum. A good result anyway.
