This morning I received three letters from Germany regarding my three “incidents” reported in the “When You’re Having a Bad Week” thread
For all three incidents ( 2 x speeding, 1x Overtaking) they have decided that the appropriate amount of fine was paid and I have no more to pay. 
I recevied 1 point, on my record in Germany, for each of the speeding offences so that leaves me another 16 before I get banned from driving in the country.

But heres the bad News,
If you get caught 3 times for the same offence within 12 months(with points)
its an automatic 4 week ban 
although a workmate of mein has just been to court in Bremen to contest his 4week ban and got a 300euro fine plus 4 Points instead
