Overshot:
30min Break before 6hrs of being clocked-on
15 minute break before going over 6 hours working time.
-or-

max 4.5hrs Driving
can be increased by 4.5hrs by having a 45min Break once per shift
can be increased by 1.0hrs by having a 45min Break once per shift, max two shifts per week
max 9hrs Driving per shift increasable to 10hrs twice per week
45min Break can be split into two Breaks of 15 and 30mins, in that order
You can drive for 4½ hours but then must have a 45 minute break, you can then drive for another 4½ hours.

The maximum driving in a shift is 9 hours, it can be increased to 10 hours twice a week.
At no time are you allowed to drive for more than 4½ hours without a 45 minute break, the 45 minute break can be split into two parts, the first part must be at-least 15 minutes and the second part must be at-least 30 minutes.

min 11hrs Daily Rest
can be reduced to 9hrs for three of the shifts in a Two-Week-Reference-Period with no compensation
The 11 hour daily rest period can be reduced to 9 hours three times between weekly rest periods.
The daily rest period must be completed within the period of 24 hours from the start of the shift.

max 13hr shifts
can be increased to 15hrs for three of the shifts in a Two-Week-Reference-Period with no compensation
13 and 15 hour shifts are irrelevant, see my reply above about the 24 hour period.

max 6 consecutive Driving shifts
You must start a new weekly rest period no later than six 24 hour periods (144 hours) from the end of the last weekly rest period.
There is no 6 shift restriction.

max 10 shifts in one Two-Week-Reference-Period
can be increased by 1 shift by having an extra Daily or Weekly Rest within two weeks
I’ve no idea where you’ve got that from but it’s completely untrue.

min 45 hrs Weekly Rest per week
can be reduced to 24 by having extra Daily or Weekly Rest within two weeks
You must have a 45 hour weekly rest period at-least every second week, compensation for reduced weekly rest periods should be paid back by the end of the third week following the week in which the reduced weekly rest period was taken.

max 56 hrs Driving in one week
max 90 hrs Driving in a Two-Week-Reference-Period, split no more than 56/34
Maximum 56 hours driving in a fixed week.
Maximum 90 hours driving in any two consecutive weeks.

Rules on Drivers Hours and Tachographs (Goods vehicles in GB and Europe)

The max is 4.5 hours then a 45 break but if you take a 45 break at 3 hours driving you do not lose 1.5 hours driving
Your daily allowance stays the same but taking 45 break resets the 4.5 clock

For a 10 hour driving day you could do this example
drive 2 hours
break 15 mins
drive 1.5 hours
break 30 mins
drive 3.5 hours
break 45 mins
drive 3 hours
