Unable to log on

I.m writing this on behalf of an old mate whose forum name is Diesel Dan,he has been unable to log on for some time and has sent emails to try a to rectify the problem but to date has received no reply , as this has been going on for some 6 months now I have agreed to posting this on his behalf to see if something can be done.
