Just got back from Santa Pod after a weekend at the UK Truckshow.
For a first even it was as expected - pretty quite, but Russ and Neil had organised it well and the truck racing was a nice change from the usual arena events.
Met some old friends and made some new ones so that was nice.

Tramper - saw your Peterbilt but nobody was anywhere near it so did not get the chance to say hello.
Was great to see some of our hot-rod lads joining in and racing against the trucks too.
We drove down there in our 1960 Dodge Phoenix and that drew a lot of attention parked across from where we were situated on the Lady Truckers Club Stand.
Hope the rest of you enjoyed the show as well, despite the showers.
