Viscosity is the main difference far as I can see. Suppose it depends what you’re using it for?

As said it is the viscosity. 32 “grade” is similar to a medium hydraulic oil, 220 grade is similar to a heavy gear oil. Pour point numbers don’t seem to agree with that however.

Im getting my knickers in a twist with all this. All the gears and the half nut is made of marzac but there are also brass components. I did try a place in gravesend but they just wanted a specific item couldnt really advise. Ill have to try and find a place that can sell it to me in reasonable quantities
