Thats the one rog,a lot cheaper and cleaner than the rest in the area,and if you wanted a change 2 pubs 5 mins walk in each direction+no night noise,i.e.no changeovers.

UPDATE… Local paper tonight… They got refused planning permission by a huge vote against building more industrial units… Company was complaining that site was not viable as a truck stop and made no money… !
