Aside from the usual showers, tv lounge etc what would you like to see at a truckstop. We are considering putting in a gym and barbers. Could be great for weekend stop-overs… What do you think?

I think the barbers is a good idea.
The gym I’m not sure about cos I would want to do relaxing things when parked up (although I don’t do nights out these days).
Heywood was good for nice atmosphere and food, and comfy couches facing tv. J23 truckstop on M1 has a terrible atmosphere but a cosy bar. Beer and telly, that’s my summary for a good truckstop!
Please could you also have a toilet open 24hrs a day.
I would make a beeline for a truckstop with a gym. Another good idea is to include a meal in the price of the parking. Let the boss treat me to dinner

Area set aside for stops of less than 1hr.
A ban on drivers telling us their life story and general rdc rubbish.
