The compound near Malaga is at the CTM (Centro de Transportes y Mercancias) secure lorry park situated on the A357 at about (from memory) PK65.
There are or were quite a few impounded trucks in there which had been there for donkeys years. Whether they are sold on at auction or left to rot I have no idea.If he wants it back then he needs to speak to whomever impounded it in the first place - no doubt the answer will depend upon many things, but for sure he will end up being presented with a bill for the entire time it has been parked up which will have to be paid before the truck will be released, if it is to be released at all.
