Just had email from Live Promotions stating Truckfest won’t be cancelled. If you’re going you’ll need lots of extra cash for the tractor drivers!

i know if i was paying to show a truck off(or just day park) i wouldnt be paying any extra to get off the site, if the organisers cant sort decent areas to park up then its them that should be paying for your removal off site, if people didnt pay out and said they arnt moving cus they cant and are staying they will soon help you for free.
but this is truckers we are talking about, and sticking together doesnt count much, we could learn a few things from the french… 1 out all out

hiya i would’nt pay to show my truck any way,its enough to pay for the fuel yet alone £60 to show the truck.
no trucks no show.
one year the uttoxeter show people asked my mate if he could help them out as they was short of trucks.
my mate said he could get 3 there as i could drive one and he could take one on his lowloader they said it
would be £120 for the 3 trucks, my mate said no chance , buy your own trucks to show,and i agree with him/
i pay for camping thats bad enough.

yes, but at Peterborough Truckfest, it is half the price to take the truck as it is for camping

truck entry is £40 and camping is £80 (ish)

both have driver and 2 passengers
