I enjoyed reading your post i feel some of your analysis needs some improvement. I have never believed that a HGV satnav has the computational requirements to GUIDE round road restrictions. I have always stuck to the Trucker Atlas and use CoPilot standard as it does offer something that others don’t which is route preferences. selecting Motorway, Dual Carriage way, A-roads as Strongly Favoured has quided me round most of this country with little trouble.
