Been told I need some black trousers for new job.
What people recommend for general haulage?
TIA

Some black ones?

Some black ones?
I know that but as in some smart trousers or in as some hard wearing trousers?
There must be some recommendations or at least I would hope so
Plenty of workwear on offer at Screwfix, Amazon etc. Dickies are a reasonable brand, but there are loads of others around.
Decent pair of combat work trousers scruffs do decent enough priced ones

I have a couple of pairs of these that have been in heavy rotation for longer than I can think and barely show any wear yet plus a couple waiting to take their place when needed.

RRP is high and I wouldn’t pay loads for them. Screwfix have other models of HH but I don’t have experience to advise.
A perk with this model is the material is thin and they are relatively cool to wear during summer.
It isn’t that ridiculous a question. I would say to avoid slim fit if you want to be comfortable. Also, avoid 100% cotton for workwear, which tend to be heavy and don’t wash particularly well. Same for polo shirts, avoid 100% cotton, which is probably what you would get from Matalan, Asda etc.
The answer has to be…cargo trousers!
