Been practising theory questions and a question I come across is about needing specific training in hygiene to deliver chilled food. Tried googling it but can’t see what training is related to transporting chilled or frozen food. Is there a course that has to be done before you can drive a refrigerated hgv

Not a course, but you would expect to have some on the job training to get to know how the temperature controls etc work
