I recently starter working for a major transport company and the transport manager moves 18 tonners around the depo and I know he doesn’t have a licence to cover him. I know the depo is private property but does that mean he can drive it legally, the trucks are also hired from a different company so I don’t think they would be to happy about it and the depo is always busy with other trucks moving and people walking around. Ps this guy is not very nice to work with 
If he is not very nice to work with you know what to do then!!!
Yes, he can legally drive it around the depot, he just can’t take it on the road, and the rules are the same whether he is nice or nasty.
