Just wondering if anybody knows the rulings with Trucks & trade Plates, here’s the scenario -
Truck & trailer is owned by the same company, trailer is out of MOT and needs to be moved from 1 of the company’s depot’s to another. i am being told this is ok to do on trade plates??

Trade plates are just a portable/transferrable TAX and INSURANCE.
No MOT = not road legal. You can’t have a transferrable MOT.
def not legal,plus your more likely to get a pull ot plates…red and white,means stop on sight…
