The signs were flashing 50 mph, later on the signs to show that lane 3 was shut, this car driver did not think the signs applied to him, so he is going flat out in lane 3, ahead of him was a large piece of scrap metal, about 6 feet square, he missed it by inches, the police were on the n/b slowing the traffic so they could stop and move the metal.
I was amazed, by his actions.
