Why the sad face? They no good ?
The jobs okay. They could do better with man management so to speak. But i cannot say much on here. Oh and we cannot have any time off in december. 
Little John, is that photo taken on the national one, south of Madrid, Bailen way maybe, you should run a "where am i ? " competition.
Does CI hire husband and wife teams, and when they pair up two drivers, does the firm check if they get on or not, you can easily fall out on a long trip to Morrisons in Gibraltar.
Even married couples have fallen out on trips.
The beach in Gib is too filthy to swim in the summer,floating sanitary towels and gubbins and what not`s in the sea.
La Linea is a bit better, but some dodgy looking characters hang around there.
I used to get my running money from Sorek Shipping ltd in the Main street, then reload 8 hours drive away to Valencia or more.
No exports on the Andulucian coast line.
But Motril area used to be full of Spanish fridge traffic, and bustling packing houses, each with their staff cafe, and a shower room.
You getting any problems on the gib border ?. Are the guardia giving trucks a hard time as well ?. I see they have prohibited trucks bringing in rocks for reclamation work so they have chartered a ship and brought them from Portugal.
No toby it was taken at the km730 truckstop north of seville. Alot of us stop there. Its 3 and half hours from gib. Its getting hard to park near gib nowdays the garda are slapping 80 euro fines everywhere. And San Roque is normally full by the time we get there.
Ex Haulier we dont have any trouble getting on and off. But we are always getting stopped by the garda or ministry . I am sure its because they know we go to gib.
With the double manning yes they love husband and wife teams. And with others they swap and change all the time. they are really struggling to get people. Loads have started and only lasted for a week or two.
It dont help they have number 1 drivers (who have been there a while) who decide where to stop when to start etc. Some are so far up there own jacksy nobody would get on with them.

So many good looking fleets around but my nomination has to go to Borje Jonnson from Helsingborg, silver and dark green artics and drawbars. In a close second place would be Denmark’s Skive Koel Transport, red white and blue fridges.
