Got the above from Very and had the cashback rejected twice. I paid via Paypal and sent them a copy of that payment…rejected. Then I sent a copy of the returns slip that came with the device which showed the order date…rejected. Apart from those two things I don’t have any other documents so if you paid via Paypal, what have you submitted for a valid proof of purchase?

I sent them a screen shot of the order on my Very account page showing the order number, price and order details along with a picture of the device alongside the box showing the serial number sticker on the box

I tried and failed,it would not regognise my sort code and wouldnt submit,tried umpteen times,different divise and stil no,so i gave up and thought sod it,they were cheap enough anyhow!

i had same prob with sort code!noticed tho that on the right of form it tells you how long the cashback is valid from different stores,very exp on 4th oct and i ordered mine on 5th!the day i saw it on here so dunno if its that :confused:

Tbh you all have saved a fair bit on these sat navs with the price glitch so why worry over what? £40 is it?

Mine was accepted,ordered on the 4th just took a photo of the returns not from Very which showed the order date on…didn’t even send a picture of the actual sat nav.

Rejected 4x the link in the rejection to submit further info doesn’t work and won’t allow you to submit anything. However I resubmitted the info via replying directly to the email. I’ve also contacted very customer services and asked them for a a copy of the invoice

Thanks lads for all the suggestions, did a screenshot of the order on the Very website. Hopefully that will suffice.
