Tom tom start 20 HELP

Hi I have a tomtom start 20.
I plugged it in earlier to do an upgrade and when i switched it back on after it has now wiped all the maps off.
What in very easy terms do i do next or is a shooping trip on the cards for a new sat nav.

Did you backup the original files and map before you started upgrading ?

TomTom helpline were very helpful when same thing happened to me, can’t remember what I had to do but I got it all back.

Did you do it on Home or My TOM TOM…Apparently this makes all the difference. When my last Tom Tom died. The only way maps would be replaced…Is if you call their helpline and they WILL sort it. Good luck.
